Who’s Left? (Random Poll)

I was driving home the other day and got to thinking about Lefties; mostly because I am one.

The brain poking scientists say that left handed people think with a different area of their gray glob, lending them to be more creative and “artsy”.

Now as there is a huge well of creativity and talent present on WordPress, I wondered if left handed folk have a higher representation here than they have in the general population.

Roughly 10% of the world are Lefties and of that 10%, even fewer are women.

Anyhoo… thought it might be fun to do a small poll. Essentially just leave a little comment and say if you’re a lefty or righty or don’t.. but pretty please.. I’m very curious. 😗

I do what I like, when I like. There is no schedule to my madness. Sorry. Sometimes it's writing stories, other times poems, and every once in a while it's complete gobbledygook. My current favorite thing is making art, creating writings to go with them, and then playing show and tell with everyone. :-) I am so glad to have joined WP and its fun family of talented individuals. Yes.. I'm talking about you!

      I have been working more hours and my daughter is having her scoliosis corrected with surgery in a week so life is crazy af fight now and I can’t seem to find the time for sit down writing.
      So he is not dead… only patiently rolling his eyes and twiddling his thumbs in a corner.

  7. I go both ways 😝 – well, sorta. Mostly a rightie but playing hockey I favor my left. Some other stuff, too, but it’s most noticeable on the ice.

    Might be that I was inclined left as a kid but school trained me to use the ‘good’ hand more.

    1. I’ve read that it is a family trait. That is a good sized clan of lefty’s, very cool!
      My sister and I are both left, but both parents are right. Not sure how that happened, but I’m not complaining.☺

    1. That is curious! I think I’d end up stabbing my cheek with a fork if I attempted to eat with my other hand. Lol
      My children are all rightys too. I was a little disappointed.
